At Custom Championship Belts, we take pride in our craftsmanship; however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for standard items and a quality guarantee for custom orders. Please note that personalized belts are only eligible for return if they arrive damaged or contain manufacturing defects.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return or exchange.
Review and Approval
Our quality control team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Package Your Belt
Securely pack the belt in its original protective case and shipping box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.
Inspection and Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item to confirm it is in its original condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement belt within 5-7 business days.
